I weighed myself this morning. 103.4. I don’t know how I managed to lose 4 pounds in like 2 weeks without trying and that certainly wasn’t my plan. I do feel a little less flubby maybe slightly leaner, but I’m worried that 4 pounds was muscle. I haven’t been entirely inactive -I do lift 200+ pounds at work like once a week but I doubt that would be enough to offset the fact I haven’t lifted at the gym in a month.
I joined a walk/run challenge with friends from work. The goal is for the five of us to collectively move 2019 miles this year. Should be interesting…
